The Role

As the Project Coordinator working as part of the Transformation team, you will play a key role in the support and facilitation of the planning and execution of our delivery program. As a critical partner to the Program Manager and Head of Transformation, you will set up and maintain multiple project schedules and manage governance artefacts including milestone plans, benefits realisation roadmaps and risk.

The role will suit a strong communicator with excellent project management capabilities, with a passion for technology-driven delivery within the retail industry, and who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially evolving environment.

What does the role involve?

• Assist in the development of project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
• Monitoring program performance across multiple work streams, identifying and resolving, or escalating any potential risks and issues.
• Supporting the management of program and cross-program level dependencies, identifying solutions with minimal impact to overall program delivery.
• Effectively communicate as a key point of contact across the business for the program, with responsibility for ensuring that cross-functional teams remain aligned to the program schedule by actioning tasks on time and understanding any decisions cascading from the steering committees.
• Monitoring and tracking project tasks, ensuring that team members meet timeframes as well as ensuring financial goals are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, project plans and other relevant records.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or operating in a similar role.
• Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Smartsheets experience being advantageous.
• An understanding and applied knowledge of agile/lean methodologies.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
