About the role

As part of our Vision 2030 strategy, David Jones is focused on transforming the experiences we deliver to our customers. We are now in the final months of our Chatswood “Store of the Future” refurbishment, which we are excited to unveil in October this year. With a commitment to delivering experiences like no other, and providing world-class services in-store, we have reimagined our fitting rooms, styling suites and beauty rooms. We are now looking for people to bring these experiences and services to life! As a Sales Expert, you will be empowered to expand your skills in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities include

  • Use enhanced personalised selling skills to maximise sales uptakes.  
  • Creating memorable experiences and going above and beyond for your customers.  
  • Actively take responsibility for your performance by committing to ongoing learning and development in accordance with commercial objectives.
  • Inspire customers to take advantage of the David Jones Rewards Program.
  • Support and inspire fellow team members, while contributing to the ongoing success of your store.
