About the Role

This role is for a content-savvy wordsmith who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing team. You’ll create and shape compelling copy that drives action across multiple channels—from campaign messaging and digital content and blogs to social captions and product storytelling. You’ll be central to the execution of our brand narrative, contributing to key seasonal campaigns, activations, and always-on content.

With a natural eye for tone, voice, and channel relevance, you’ll write copy that is inspiring, informative, and conversion led. Your understanding of digital content strategy, SEO, and emerging trends will help drive brand love and business results.

What your day looks like

  • Write clear, engaging, and high-performing copy for campaigns, tactical sales and key moments, digital channels, social, email, and more.
  • Own the editorial voice across touchpoints, maintaining brand consistency while tailoring for each channel.
  • Support the development of content calendars and editorial narratives.
  • Contribute to creative ideation and campaign development alongside designers and marketers.
  • Analyse content performance and apply insights to refine messaging.
  • Stay ahead of culture, trends, and competitor activity to keep our storytelling sharp and relevant.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, eCommerce, design, and marketing teams.
  • Uphold premium brand standards while executing with speed and accuracy.

What you’ll need to thrive

  • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in content or copywriting roles within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates sharp, engaging, on-brand writing across a variety of digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of editorial strategy, digital trends, and channel nuances.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a love of grammar, structure, and voice.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and fast feedback cycles.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Figma, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT is a bonus.
